download any Chinese characters from this site. Also, the pop-up window that is
used to navigate this site minimizes when not in use -- so you may need to fish
around every now and then to find it. Otherwise, this is a very good physics
homework help site!
On-line Physics Textbooks : a small but impressive collection of free on-line physics
text books.
Physics Timelines : a set of timelines that highlight major events and breakthroughs in
physics from almost 600 B. C. to the present day.
Physics Tutorials from the University of Guelph : even though this is a university site, the

International Space Station (ISS) : this Boeing-sponsored site provides fact and
figures about the ISS. You can also get images of the ISS and even find out how to
view the ISS when it passes within view!
NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) : the official web site of
the USA's massive space program. Learn about present, past, and scheduled
space missions. Here, you'll also find information about the International Space
Station, the latest space exploration projects, and much, much more. Highly
recommended.

This site also has perhaps the most incredible database of information on rockets and
